Proposal and contract opportunities

Please note that Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code requires that a person who enters, or seeks to enter, into a contract with a local governmental entity in Texas must file a conflict of interest questionnaire (Form CIQ) if: 1) the person has an employment or other business relationship with an officer of the governmental entity, or a family member of the officer, or 2) has made certain gifts to an officer, or a family member of the officer. More information about Conflict of Interest disclosures is available online from the Texas State Legislature. Should you need to complete a questionnaire, LCRA has an electronic version of the form you must use by logging into our Supplier Connection website.

If you are not currently set up in our Vendor System, please go to Vendor Registration and add your company to our database. When you complete the registration, you will get a login id that will allow internet access to your vendor record through our Supplier Connection website.

If you are already in our vendor database and do not currently have a login id, please email vendor@lcra.org to request internet access to your vendor record. When your login account is created, you will receive an email containing instructions for activating your account.  This access will allow you to review and update your existing vendor information and if need be, complete a conflict of interest questionnaire.  Please ensure LCRA has your correct company name, NIGP codes, contact person, physical address, phone, fax, and email address.  We use this information to notify companies of proposal opportunities and to communicate with your company.
