LCRA accepts responses electronically when so specified in a proposal’s guidelines. To submit your proposal response electronically, simply address them to ebids@lcra.org. Be sure to put the 4-digit proposal number and the purchasing agent’s name in the subject line of your email response so that it is directed to the proper person.

Note to potential suppliers: It is solely your responsibility to check this Web site for updates and addenda to requests for qualifications, requests for proposals and invitations for bids. Your failure to respond to all requirements will result in the rejection of your proposal.
