Pre-Construction Services

The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) plans to build a multi-use facility to support the management and maintenance of their operations adjacent to Wirtz Dam near Marble Falls, TX.  This RFP effort is for Phase 1 - Pre-Construction Services for the construction of these facilities only, with a possible continuance into Phase 2 - Construction Manager at Risk services upon the sole discretion of LCRA
No extensions to this RFP will be granted.  All RFP responses should be received by Chris Whipple by August 4th, 2010 at 3:00 pm CST. RFP 7579

San Saba River Nature Park

The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) plans to build a nature park in the city of San Saba. The layout for the park will enable visitors to recreate, explore and learn about the San Saba River, Mill Creek and the history of the land.
