Thanks for Making LCRA's Festivals and Events Forums a Success!

LCRA’s latest economic development forums held in Fredericksburg and Bastrop were a big success!
The forums were focused on ways that festivals and events can be more profitable by running them like a business. Penny Reeh, Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce president who served as keynote speaker for both forums, deciphered the business planning process for events and provided attendees with actionable ideas to start on right away.
