The Forecast for Central Texas: Weak high pressure in place over Texas will cause sunny and hot weather this afternoon through Saturday. The temperature will reach the low 90s this afternoon and the middle 90s Friday and Saturday. A weak cold front sinking south into the area late Saturday may cause an isolated thunderstorm Saturday night into Sunday morning. Otherwise, Sunday's weather will be partly cloudy and a little cooler. Dry and warm weather will continue next Monday but a a slight chance for rain and thunderstorms looks to develop next Tuesday when another weak front pushes into the area.
