LCRA’s Water Conservation Task Force includes a diverse group of stakeholders that are providing input on actions to guide LCRA’s long-term efforts for water conservation. View list of task force members.

Task force members represent water users in the lower Colorado River basin including LCRA water customers, lakeside business interests, developers and builders, environmental interests, irrigation and landscapes businesses and regional water planners.

Task force members will focus on:

• developing a list of conservation measures to consider for implementation;
• developing screening criteria to prioritize measures that could be implemented; and
• reviewing draft recommendations for a state-required conservation plan.

Following input from task force members, LCRA staff and consultants will perform analysis of the cost and feasibility of the identified conservation measures that will be included in a report to the LCRA Board of Directors.
