LCRA Utility Water Use Restrictions

On March 19, 2012, LCRA transferred operation of the West Travis County Water and Wastewater systems to the West Travis County Public Utility Agency (PUA). Questions about water use restrictions should be directed to the PUA and its customer services agent, Severn Trent Environmental Services, at (512) 246-0498 or csaus@stes.com. For more information go to wtcpua.org.

On July 1, 2012, LCRA transferred operation of 18 water and wastewater systems to Corix Infrastructure Inc.  All customer service inquiries about the systems, including reporting of water waste violations, should be directed to Corix at 1-877-718-4396.  Corix is still utilizing LCRA's utility service webpages until the ownership transfer is complete. Most of the utilities are currently in Stage 2 restrictions, at once weekly watering.  For a complete list of the utility systems and the drought stage each is in go to LCRA's utility systems webpage.
