Meet Zeke Hamilton, a third-generation LCRA employee who has followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, each of whom spent more than 30 years with the company. Zeke works as an Energy Services mechanic at Mansfield and Tom Miller dams.

What does LCRA do? We serve Texans.

We're a public service organization that provides a multitude of vital services to Texans, including delivering electricity, managing the water supply and environment of the lower Colorado River basin, providing public recreation areas, and supporting community development.

We are engineers, high line workers, machine operators, power plant managers, accountants, electricians, project coordinators, risk analysts, customer service operators, dam operators, community representatives, hydrologists, safety and security specialists, park program coordinators, communicators, human resources partners, information technology technicians and much, much more. We are 1,800 people committed to enhancing the lives of the Texans we serve.
