Supplier Connection

In the event you are awarded business with the Lower Colorado River Authority, you will need to create a Supplier Account in our supplier database. You must use this website to create your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that LCRA has your correct company name, category codes, contact person, physical address, phone, fax, and email address.

Being a registered vendor does not guarantee the receipt of electronic notification for applicable solicitations (please see the Business Opportunities with LCRA page for more information about current proposals and contracting opportunities).

New Suppliers

For new suppliers who are not already set up in our Supplier Accounts System.

When you complete the registration, you will receive an email with a username and password that will allow access to your supplier account. Please retain this email.

Existing Suppliers

For suppliers seeking to review and update their existing vendor information. Read the eSupplier manual.

If you already have a supplier account but have forgotten your password, please call the LCRA Service Desk at 512-578-3300. For other assistance, please email [email protected].

Conflicts of Interest

Please note that Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code requires that a person who enters, or seeks to enter, into a contract with a local governmental entity in Texas must file a conflict of interest questionnaire (Form CIQ) if:

  1. the person has an employment or other business relationship with an officer of the governmental entity, or a family member of the officer, or
  2. the person has made certain gifts to an officer, or a family member of the officer.

More information about conflict of interest disclosures is available online from the Texas State Legislature. Should you need to complete a questionnaire, you may access the form here. Please email the completed form to [email protected].
