LCRA TSC Transmission System Incidental Take Permit

LCRA Transmission Services Corporation submitted an application for an Incidental Take Permit and associated Habitat Conservation Plan to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. The Service approved the permit and plan in September 2019, and expects to issue the permit no sooner than Oct. 7, 2019. The permit and plan covers LCRA TSC activities across 241 Texas counties and 23 species.
