The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting submittals from qualified, eligible vendors to perform geotechnical and materials sample collection, testing, analysis, and engineering services for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Projects for LCRA.

Professional shall provide the following services: soil borings, testing, analysis reports, performance related testing of in-situ facilities or failed components, including field sampling, field testing, laboratory testing, analysis of test data, and engineering recommendations related to the predicted future performance of installed facilities.
