Electricity, water and natural gas consumption

On Sept. 1, 2007, Texas House Bill 3693 went into effect (see Texas Government Code sec. 2265.001). The bill requires governmental entities, including LCRA, to disclose the entity’s metered amount of electricity, water and natural gas consumed, along with the aggregate costs for those utility services.
