Open records information
Welcome to the LCRA Open Records Request Portal
Texas law gives the public the right to access records of governmental entities, including those of LCRA. Requests for records must be made in writing, and it typically takes 10 business days to receive a response to an open records request. The Texas Public Information Act does not require a governmental entity to create new information, perform legal research or answer questions.
To request public information from LCRA, please use our Open Records Portal.
LCRA will communicate with you regarding your request through the portal and all documents will be publicly released through the portal.
