Dredge and Fill Permit Applications for Public Comment

LCRA posts notices and draft permits open for public comment under the Highland Lakes Dredge and Fill Ordinance on this page. Only Tier II and Tier III projects require a permit from LCRA.

Tier III Permit Applications

Kingsland I Sand and Gravel (Llano River arm of Lake LBJ)
LCRA received an application for a Tier III project on the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ (Zone D). LCRA has determined the application is administratively complete and is accepting public comments and questions. LCRA now is reviewing and evaluating the information in the application as part of its technical review. Read more about the application and permitting process for Tier III projects.

Kingsland II Sand and Gravel (at confluence of Llano and Colorado rivers)
LCRA received an application for a Tier III project at the confluence of the Llano River and Colorado River at Lake LBJ (Zone C). LCRA has determined the application is administratively complete and is accepting public comments and questions. LCRA now is reviewing and evaluating the information in the application as part of its technical review. Read more about the application and permitting process for Tier III projects.
