Water Supply Resource Report

LCRA welcomes public comments on its Water Supply Resource Report, a comprehensive look at LCRA’s long-term water supply planning strategies. While current water supplies continue to meet demands from its firm water customers, LCRA must look forward and plan to increase supplies to meet future needs.

As part of the report, LCRA assessed the availability of and need for future firm water supplies. The report identifies a variety of potential water supply strategies to help meet future water needs.

The LCRA Board of Directors will consider the report at its Nov. 12 meeting in Austin. Comments on the report are welcome through Friday, Sept. 19.
