LCRA is soliciting (RFP) to replace the current MSP with 1) a general staffing agency that can provide for the general positions, and 2) a VMS administrator who can provide services related to LCRA’s utilization of VNDLY. LCRA would prefer to select one supplier to provide both general temporary staffing and VMS administrative services, but may select two suppliers, if needed. Selection will be based on overall evidence of ability to strategically partner with LCRA to provide quality temporary resources to meet general staffing needs within the entire central region of Texas. Strong preference will be given to a general staffing firm who incorporates into their proposal the ability to also provide VMS administrative services with strong knowledge of VNDLY Systems.

Pre-Proposal Meeting Thursday Nov. 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm central time. Suppliers will need to notify LCRA if they wish to participate prior to the meeting date on or before Nov. 08, 2022, 2:00 pm.

MS TEAMS Meeting, suppliers to submit any questions about the RFP to LCRA before or by Nov. 08, 2022, at 2:00 pm central time.
