Kingsland I Sand and Gravel Processing Plant
LCRA received an application from Collier Materials, Inc. for a permit under the Highland Lakes Watershed Ordinance for a processing plant on the Llano River. LCRA has determined the application is administratively complete and is conducting a technical review of the application to determine whether it meets the standards set out in the ordinance.

LCRA has determined the application is administratively complete and is conducting a technical review of the application to determine whether it meets the standards set out in the ordinance.
